Roswell Man Wins $52,000 a Year for Life

ROSWELL, GA -- A Roswell man is celebrating a lifetime Georgia Lottery win.

Carlos Cook, 58, won $52,000 a year for life by matching all six winning numbers from the Saturday, Nov. 6 Win for Life drawing. The prize payout equals $1,000 a week for life.

Cook randomly selected his lucky combination. His winning numbers were 11-14-15-18-25-35 and the Free Ball was 29.

Publix Super Markets #1019 (270 Rucker Road, Alpharetta, 30004) sold the top prize ticket.

Any Georgia Lottery retailer who sells a Win for Life top prize ticket can earn the $5,000 retailer incentive bonus payment. If more than one winning top prize ticket is sold in Georgia, the retailers selling the winning tickets will share the $5,000 retailer incentive bonus.

Publix Super Markets will receive the $5,000 retailer incentive bonus.

Win for Life drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 11:00 p.m. Each Win for Life ticket costs $1.

Win for Life is a multi-state game played in Georgia, Virginia and Kentucky. As with all other Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from Win for Life will benefit education in the State of Georgia.
