UPDATE | Lookout cancelled: Man wanted for brutalizing wife at gunpoint
ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Alpharetta Police are no longer looking searching for Samuel Smith, a man they say assaulted his wife at gunpoint.
They said the suspect took his life on Wednesday night in Dekalb County.
There are no further details.
Smith was accused of attacking his wife when she was leaving her apartment for work, and he threatened her to get into her vehicle or be killed. Once she got into the vehicle, he viciously attacked her.
