ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Police say an armed robber tied up a Verizon Wireless employee and a customer and stole 60 iPhones on Monday.

The incident happened at 5215 Windward Parkway around 7:45 p.m., according to Officer George Gordon of the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety. The man entered the store and pointed a gun at the customer and employee and forced them to the back. He then forced the employee to open the safe.

The victims were zip-tied in the back of the store and the suspect got away with five dozen phones, police said.
