Prepare for a soggy Labor Day

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. -- The National Weather Service says metro Atlanta is in for a wet unofficial end to summer 2013.

Most of the state is under a Hazardous Weather Outlook alert Monday morning as rain and storms sweep through Georgia.

One county -- Haralson, on the Georgia-Alabama border -- is under a flash flood warning until noon Monday.

Other portions of the metro experienced heavy rains, swollen creeks, downed trees and, in a few cases, power outages.
