JOHNS CREEK, Ga. - Luke Donald and Charles Howell III are in the running for prize money running into the millions at the Tour Championship Presented by Coca Cola this week.

But before they hit the ball at Eastlake, they were a big hit earlier in the week with a young player just beginning competitive golf.  Donald, ranked number one in the world, and Howell were both in town a bit early for an outing on behalf of their club sponsor Mizuno.

But they also took the time to share some thoughts with 12 year old Manny Wignall.  The young Atlantan just took up the game about a year ago. Mizuno and 11 Alive arranged to surprise Manny with a new set of clubs as a Random Act of Kindness.

Howell asked Manny about where he played and how the learning process was going, and Donald echoed the sentiment that others were there to help him when he was that age.  "When I was 8 or 9, a club that had an age limit of 12 let me in just so I could play. Helping the next generation is sometimes what it's all about."

The Tour Championship runs Thursday through Sunday at Eastlake.
