School Board Announces January Community Meetings | Events

FULTON COUNTY, GA -- Each member of the Fulton County Board of Education sponsors a monthly meeting open to all members of the community.

The sessions provide an opportunity for direct contact with community members and give board members a chance to listen to local issues and concerns.

Board members have set the following meeting dates for January:

Holcomb Bridge Middle School (2700 Holcomb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, 30022)

District 2 (Katie Reeves)
Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
Northwestern Middle School (12805 Birmingham Highway, Milton, 30004)

District 3 (Gail Dean)
Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
Sandy Springs Charter Middle School (8750 Colonel Drive NE, 30350)

District 4 (Linda Bryant)
Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 6:30 p.m.
Liberty Point Elementary School (9000 High Point Road, Union City, 30291)

District 5 (Linda McCain)
Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 9:30 a.m.
Wilson Creek Elementary School (6115 Wilson Road, Johns Creek, 30097)

District 6 (Catherine Maddox)

Fulton County Board of Education members have hosted these community meetings for a number of years and are believed to be one of the few school boards in the country to use such a process for gathering input.
