Go wild at the Creek View Kindergarten Safari

Go wild at the Creek View Kindergarten Safari

ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Children who are nervous about beginning kindergarten at Alpharetta's Creek View Elementary School this fall have a fun opportunity to put their minds at ease about their new adventure.

Creek View (3995 Webb Bridge Road, 30005) will hold its annual Kindergarten Safari from 8:15 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 30.

Parents and children use the Safari to learn what's in store for them as they hear about curriculum, climb aboard a real school bus, take a trip through the cafeteria line for a snack and visit a kindergarten classroom.

This is not a drop-in event; parents must sign in before 8:15 a.m. to be assigned to a tour group.

Elementary school registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4 and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 5. Only parents of new students need to register on these dates.
