Hopewell MS student wins Fulton spelling bee | Schools

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -- Alina Baiju, a student at Hopewell Middle School in Milton, is this year's winner of the Fulton County Schools spelling bee.
Baiju correctly spelled "belligerent" to win the crown, besting nearly 70 competitors from across the school district. She will now go on to compete in the regional bee on Feb. 23.
Sean O'Neal, who attends Findley Oaks Elementary School in Johns Creek, is the runner-up.
